Below are a few question we thought you may have:
Q: Do you have a shop or workshop that I can come and have a look at samples?
A:
We do have a workshop where we do manufacture to the customers own requirements. We will visit you at your home or office to establish exactly what your requirements are, and post you out a free estimate based on this. We will were possible bring samples or brochures that we can leave with you.
Q: How can I pay?
A:
We take payment by Cheque or Cash upon completion of the work. We as yet do not yet have the facility to take credit card payments.
Q: What is your hours of opening?
A:
We are open Monday- Friday 8am - 4.30pm and can be quickly contacted on 0131 443 3333. Should you want to get in touch out of those hours or at the weekend, you can leave us a message on our answer machine and we will get back to you as soon as possible.

Q: When do you do estimates? Can I get an appointment during the day?
A:
Estimates are carried out
Monday to Friday. We offer both day and evening appointments up till 7pm for those who are at work during the day.
Q: I have a fault with an appliance 6 months after it was fitted, what should I do?
A:
In the unlikely event that you should incur a problem with one of your new appliances, they all come with a manufacturers one year guarantee. You should therefore contact the manufacturer direct to get it repaired or replaced for free. You will need your User Guide Manual for the contact number along with your One Year Manufacturers Guarantee, as evidence of your purchase, this will have been given to you by us when we completed your work. You may be able to get a warranty extension with them if you wish.
